"Hard to give any rating when the company was a "no show". I am sitting here going into a holiday weekend with cold temperatures, and a sick kid. They were supposed to come out to look at my heat pump that is NOT working. I even followed up mid day, and was assured that someone would be at my home by end of day. Needless to say, nobody came, and nobody even called to notify me that they were not coming. Your word is your bond, do better! I will Not be using them again, and will be sure to warn family/friends."

"Dale was very efficient and found a problem and fixed it. He showed the problem part to us and gave us the option to wait until it completely went out or replace now. We opted to fix it now. Very happy with service and Dale Napier’s work."

"Driving on the highway, your technician had no value and care in his driving. Multiple times he cut us off forcing us to almost leave the road. If this is the way you represent care, your driving does not show it. Just from what I see in driver care, I will never use your services. Blessings. "

"We are completely satisfied with the service we received yesterday from your technician, Bryan Schroeder. He listened attentively to the description of the problems we were having with the central a/c in our new home. He checked everything thoroughly, from the thermostat to the compressor, itself, and along the way found and fixed several problems that left untended could have cost us a great deal. We were so impressed with his professionalism and courtesy, his competence and thoroughness. We feel so relieved to go into the summer, knowing our a/c is in top-working order, thanks to Bryan!
