Family owned in Republic, Missouri. Twelve years of our own, and a family trade behind it going back to 1989. Done right, done fair, by those who care.
Redeemed HVAC & Plumbing is a family owned heating, cooling and plumbing company based at 10224 W Farm Rd 178 in Republic, Missouri, with a second location in Nixa. Justin Lynch opened the company in 2013, though the family has worked this trade in the Springfield area since 1989. We are BBB accredited with an A+ rating and hold a 4.7 star average across more than 1,200 customer reviews.
Almost nobody calls a heating and cooling company on a good day. They call when the furnace quits during an ice storm and the house is already down to fifty degrees. They call in July when the air conditioner dies and there is a baby, or an elderly parent, in a bedroom that will not cool down. They call when they walk into the basement and find water spreading across the floor from a water heater that gave out overnight.
You are stressed before the phone even rings. You do not know what is wrong, you do not know what it should cost, and now a stranger is standing in your hallway telling you the number. That is a terrible position to be in, and it is exactly the position some companies have learned to make money from.
I started this company because I had watched that happen to too many families in this part of Missouri, and I did not think it had to work that way.
My name is Justin Lynch. I own Redeemed HVAC & Plumbing, and our shop sits at 10224 West Farm Road 178 in Republic, Missouri. We opened in 2013, though my family has worked heating and cooling in the Springfield area since 1989, so this trade is not something I picked up for a business plan. I grew up in it.
What I saw growing up was rarely a bad technician. It was good people being sold work they did not need, at a price nobody explained, on the one day of the year they had no leverage to argue. A homeowner with no heat in January is not in a position to get three quotes. Everybody in this trade knows that. What you do with it is the whole character of a company.
We are family owned and we are not a franchise. There is no regional office setting our targets and no private equity group behind us deciding what a service call has to average this quarter. When something goes wrong on a job, it lands on me.
That line is on our trucks. It is not a tagline somebody wrote for us, it is the order we do things in, and each part of it means something specific.
Done right means we find the actual fault before we quote anything. A system that keeps tripping out has a reason, and swapping the obvious part is not the same as fixing it. If a repair is genuinely not worth your money, we will tell you that, even though we make less on the honest answer.
Done fair means you see the price before we start, not after we finish. You get told what we found, what it will take, and what it costs, and then you decide. No work happens in your home that you have not agreed to. If a repair turns out to be simpler than we thought once we are into it, the price comes down.
By those who care means the person in your home treats it like a home rather than a job site. Shoes covered, mess cleaned up, questions answered properly, and the system explained to you in plain language so you know what you own.
We run two locations. The main shop is in Republic on West Farm Road 178, and we have a second at 512 Slim Wilson Boulevard in Nixa. That matters more than it sounds on a page.
When you call at eleven at night in January, the technician heading your way is driving from Republic or Nixa. He knows which subdivisions in Ozark were built on slab and which ones have crawl spaces that freeze. He knows the water out here is hard enough to shorten the life of a water heater, and he has probably worked on your neighbour’s system. We answer the phone twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays, because a furnace has no interest in what day it is.
We are licensed, bonded and insured, and we handle the whole mechanical side of a home so you are not chasing three different trades to solve one problem.
We cover Republic, Springfield, Nixa, Ozark and the towns around them. The full list is on our service areas page.
Anybody can write a paragraph about integrity. What matters is whether it holds up when you go looking, so here is where to look.
We have been accredited by the Better Business Bureau since November 2013 and we hold an A+ rating. We carry a 4.7 star average across more than 1,200 customer reviews, which is a large enough number that it cannot be quietly managed. We are a member of the Republic Area Chamber of Commerce. You can read what our customers actually said on our reviews page, including the ones where something went wrong.
Twelve years in, a lot of the calls we take are from people whose parents used us, or whose neighbour gave them the number. In a town the size of Republic that is the only reputation that actually counts.
Being fair on price is not much use if the number is still out of reach the week it happens. Two things we run to help with that.
Our Comfort Care Membership covers two tune-ups a year on every system you own, ten percent off repairs and priority scheduling, from fourteen dollars a month. Most of the emergencies we get called out to were preventable, and this is the cheapest way to stop paying for them.
For a full replacement we offer approved financing, so that the timing of the work is your decision rather than something the equipment decides for you.
We will get something wrong eventually. Every company that does real work in real houses does. What I ask is that you tell us, because a problem we know about is a problem we can fix, and one we never hear about just becomes the story you tell about us.
