“As a former employee of this company you customers should know, when you have an R22 system, Redeemed is ok with “topping off” your system with TDX20 (R458A). It is not only illegal but bad practice as well to mix refrigerants and for multiple reasons too. Redeemed owner Justin Lynch has told me multiple times to do this. I’m sticking to anonymous for many reasons. But if you want your current system destroyed, hire these guys. There’s many more things I could say but I won’t waste my time. “Hard to give any rating when the company was a “no show”. I am sitting here going into a holiday weekend with cold temperatures, and a sick kid. They were supposed to come out to look at my heat pump that is NOT working. I even followed up mid day, and was assured that someone would be at my home by end of day. Needless to say, nobody came, and nobody even called to notify me that they were not coming. Your word is your bond, do better!
