Comfort Care Membership

HVAC Maintenance Plans

Two inspections a year on every system in your home, plus 10% off all services and repairs. Plans start at $14 a month.

Short answer

The Comfort Care Membership is our annual maintenance membership. Every plan covers two inspections a year for each HVAC system you own, one before the cooling season and one before the heating season, and gives you 10% off all services and repairs. Plans are priced by how many systems are in the home, starting at $14 a month.

What every membership includes

No matter which plan you are on, the core of the membership is the same.

  • Two annual inspections per system. One Annual Heat Inspection and one Annual AC Inspection, scheduled ahead of each season so the work happens before you need the equipment, not after it fails.
  • 10% off everything. The member discount applies across all of our services and repairs, not just to a single category.
  • Ongoing cover. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until you cancel. A membership covers one service location.

Choose your plan

Plans are priced by how many HVAC systems you have. Both a monthly and an annual option are available on every tier.

Paying annually costs less than twelve monthly payments on every tier, but the size of that saving is not the same across plans, so it is worth comparing both columns for the number of systems you actually have. Homes or properties with more than five systems are quoted individually on a 12 month term. Call (417) 241-5687 and we will price it over the phone.

What regular maintenance actually does

With regular maintenance you prevent small problems from becoming big ones and keep the system performing the way it was designed to.

  • Longer lasting equipment
  • Lower utility bills
  • Fewer repairs
  • A more comfortable indoor environment
  • Protection for what is usually the most expensive appliance in the house

Most of the emergency calls we run are not sudden. They are a capacitor that had been reading low for months, a condensate drain that had been slowly clogging, or a blower wheel packed with enough dust to strangle airflow. All of those are cheap to catch in spring and expensive to fix at 9pm on the first hot Saturday of the year.

Common questions

How much is an HVAC maintenance plan?

From $14 a month, or $159 a year, for a single-system home. Pricing rises with the number of systems, up to $54 a month for five. Anything above five systems is quoted individually.

How often should HVAC be serviced?

Twice a year for a system that both heats and cools. One visit before the cooling season and one before the heating season, which is exactly what the membership schedules for you.

What if I have more than one system?

Each system gets its own two inspections a year. A two-system home is four visits a year, a three-system home is six, and so on, which is why plans are priced by system count.

Is it cheaper to pay monthly or annually?

Annual is less than twelve monthly payments on every plan, but the gap varies by tier rather than being a flat percentage. Compare the two columns in the table above for your own system count.

Does the membership cover more than one property?

A membership covers a single service location. If you own more than one property, call us and we will set up what you need.

Can I join if my system needs a repair right now?

Yes. Join before the repair is carried out and the 10% member discount applies to that repair.
